I found media center for 109 which is not bad at all. Is there any prominent difference between home & media center. I don't need all of that video editing shit.

it's a couple of years newer so they will continue to support it for a couple of yeras longer.

if you can't find xp home for say, $50 cheaper, you are best off going w/ a newer version of it.
