Where were you assholes that are so for the rules and so against these threads back in 2008 during the reign of "W"?

Talked to a lot of people buying and selling guns, huh?
I have. I have spoken to at least 100 gun buyers and dealers in the last week.
I went to the gunshow this last weekend.
The day before yesterday I visited several gun shops and two indoor shooting ranges.
I was at another gun store yesterday
I spoke to River Valley Ordinance the other they are backed up three months due to the calls for brass processing. The manager had 50 calls to make calling people back, and the phone is busy all day long.
I have been trying to buy powder so I have made dozens of calls to mail order dealers.
Reason for buying guns, ammo, powder, brass and bullets:
Obama election = 99% of people I have talked to actively buying guns, and AMMO, and ACCESSORIES. I stood in line to do my paperwork on my AR lowers for hours and every single person in line was buying based on the Obama election. In the last week I had one person tell me they were buying for deer season.
How in the heck is the GUN INDUSTRY creating a "fear" campaign? Heck, they are struggling trying to REACT to it. That is so ridiculous that it boggles the
mind.

I don't understand. You're saying you agree that people are buying guns out of fear because of Obama's election, correct? What then is "so ridiculous?" Not sure what you inferred.
Appended: I just read what you wrote once more. The way you quoted what I said out of context tells me that you interpreted what i said incorrectly. I didn't mean to suggest that people ARE NOT buying guns out of fear because of Obama's election. What I mean in fact was that (A.) Obama's election is the primary reason for this surge in gun sales, and (B.) it is a very primal, fear-driven phenomenon just like the hoarding that occurred just prior to Y2K. Paranoid people consumed by fear go out and buy a bunch of something, while the people selling it cash in.
We clear on that?
?????
Obama just got elected.
There is a gun, ammo, powder, bullet panic.
Obama has already promised to revive Clinton era laws (or worse make even more restrictive laws) that outlawed certain guns.
The "gun industry" has crap to do with it.
What Obama has said he will do is the cause of the panic.
Clear?
