I personally think its time for a new constitution. This one is too old. In fact, its the oldest active constitution in the world, which is telling.

strengthen the application of the 2nd amendment, let two consenting adults enter into whatever contract they choose, do away with corporate welfare and give the People a health care system that will actually *gasp* reduce the infant mortality rate and extend citizens lifespans and ill be in.
