This is sort of a wives tale type remedy, honestly have no idea if it works. But, it almost sounds logical. But, I've heard that if you get locally farmed honey that has pieces of the hive in it, it will reduce your allergies. Because, the bee pollonates, the pollen and things that trigger some allergies are bright into the hive in the Honey making process. And, since it's local the stuff that normally affects you should be in it. But, apperently if you eat this honey it helps build and immunity to the allergens. Highly doubtful, but worth a shot. You're helping people out even if it doesn't work. Lol, that is if you even eat honey... If you don't, we know why you're a sour puss.
