No one in my family eats liver so I've never tried it. If you have Netflix watch Food, Inc it's very interesting and goes into the Corn industry and what not.

minted cucumber & golden cherry tomato salad with basil/balsamic vinaigrette
white bean & okra gumbo with roasted green chiles, rosemary, & sage
saltine crusted flounder fillets with lemon beurre noisette (for the girls)
white wheat/poppyseed bread with potato toum
German chocolate cupcakes with toasted pecan & coconut fudge topping
