ROFLMFAO!!!!!! In one breath you decry political correctness, and in the next you can't bring yourself to type a simple six-letter word, instead substituting for it the most blatant PC euphemism of 'em all. What a joke you are, JR, an mentally-unbalanced embarrassment to your wise ancestors who decided that the Arctic Circle was a delightful place to settle.
Good point veganray... about the typing "nigger" part. However, so far I'm appreciating JR and other's candor, at least the parts I can understand between the smart ass lines. I'm new to the board but it seems JR must be pretty close to perfect as folks take great pleasure putting on their black hats on and picking apart what they believe he's missing, comes across as jealous to me... tounge also in cheek unless you don't feel that way in which case, lighten up Francis
. According to the title change, I must be flashing back to when I had a lot less responsibity, a lot less to lose, and a good time wasn't a great bag of discs. Good hook JR.
Anyone grow up in a ignorat town like Memphis? I played basketball almost every day from 15 to 24 with my buddies before we started hucking Discraft plastic while playing Ultimate in 1991. The black folks (yes I still say black) I played ball with wouldn't have taken kindly if I disagreed with their bullshit traveling call and told them that niggers are better off eating watermelon or something stupid and dangerous like that. I've had my share of scuffels on the court and tempers rise pretty quick around here even faster than the temperature in August. One August a jugbutt even went to his car a came back with a gun in his pants. Nowadays, idiots like I was then mighta got dead like two rappers caught up in a East coast West coast thing. Its been my experience that's its difficult to come from a totally
different place and try to empathize with someone. The N word has so many bad meanings around here that its very hard for those that have lived with such intense racism to let it go and get past all those negative implied connotations. The response that sticks in my mind came from my buddy when called nigger, "Man, I got to beat all that?", to that I am stoned. No way I'll ever understand where he's coming from so out of respect for him and others "N word" makes most points well enough for me and I question those that don't get the weight of the slam to the african american race.
Kids, don't do drugs... they turn you into a faggot. In America we say "stick and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me." So JR I add for you, so butt fuck that!
