I'm not exactly sure on location yet to be honest, I visited up there to see the area recently and North Carolina is certainly where I want to be. Raleigh is a pretty strong contender for a variety of reasons, although Charlotte would probably be the more intelligent choice for the sole basis of a better culinary program available.
