I must be missing something, because he just said something blah blah about Taco Bell to Elaine King that didn't make a lot of sense right? And then Liz Lopez was basically saying "excuse me, but what the fuck are you talking about?" And then Chuck thought it had something to do with Taco Bell and Mexicans and backpedaled hard?

I'm probably missing some serious context, which someone should explain to me in the next post.
