10 weeks is awesome man, congrats!
The only time I still get cigarette cravings is when I'm drinking keg or tap beer. They outlawed smoking in bars a few months after I quit, so that helped significantly.

Do you last longer and score better as a result? Even if you don't congratulations!
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

Not sure how much of a difference the smokes made. I actually started going to the gym and doing cardio 2 years ago. That has made a big difference to my game. I'm sure the smokes didn't help. I'd say improving my overall fitness was the big game changer.
