I just wanted to let you all know that I am way smarter than the stupid shit I post would suggest.

Dunno, I'm out of the loop being that I don't really do marijuana smokes. I do know that pro-legalization groups such as Sensible Washington aren't happy with the law that was passed because A) people can't grow their own plants forcing users to rely on state licensed stores or the black market and B) there is a 5 ng/ml THC blood test that is going to be used for driving under the influence. This means that a user that could smoke a joint three days previous to driving and then go to jail for DUID while driving perfectly sober. The law was a voter initiative so the legislature can't touch it for two years, so these issues won't be fixed for a while and innocent users will still end up in jail.

Colorado passed a much better law in those regards.

Also, the Eastern WA federal prosecutor had medical marijuana dispensaries raided last year due to federal law conflicting with state law. http://www.komonews.com/news/local/120912454.html This means that more states need to pass medical and recreational legalization laws to force this to become a states rights issue recognized by the federal government.

The one In Colorado Allows you to be growing 6 plants at a time, but only 3 of them can be fully mature at any given time. Colorado gives there state residents a lot more freedom with the Cannibas plant. It is unfortunate that Washington can not grow there own Cannibas, but it is still a step in the right direction if you are pro legalization.
