I had a sandwich consisting of some fancy mustard, cheddar cheese, chipoltle mashed potatoes and about a third of a pound of 24 hour smoked beef brisket. Woot! I think I'm going to go into a coma for the rest of the afternoon and it was worth it.

Chipotle mashed potatoes?
I didn't know they existed. That sandwich does sound good. I could do without the mustard but everything else sounds delish!

The meat and potatoes were leftovers from a dinner out. The potato of the night was chipoltle mashed potatoes. They're a bit spicy, but really good.
