If I have the beef ones (which doesn't happen very often) I normally put some chili powder in with them.
I have always dumped the juice out to. I don't know why that is just how I do it.
I will have to try putting some cream of chicken soup in there today. All this talk about Ramen is making me so hungry.

I love ramen also, but tend to boil the water on the stove and then throw in the seasoning and then the noodles. I think this makes them taste better. I did this once when making the Chili Lime noodles. THis was my first time making them when they came out, DAMN MAN I basically had a freaking can of pepper spray steaming up in my kitchen. I thought the steam was going to kill me. Now I no longer cook that particular flavor in that fashion.

I once made some ramen for my kids and my at the time 4yr old professed to me that I was the best past maker ever.

My nieces in San Diego take the uncooked noodles to school with them in a zipplock bag and snack on them during the day. Apparently its all the rage for them and their friends.

I have a buddy who eats the uncooked noodles also. He crunches them up in the bag then opens the bag and pours the bits into his mouth (after removing the flavor packet). I've seen him eat 2 bags in under a minute.
Now thats 'fast food'!

I like to use them in stir-fry sans the flavor pack.

I LOVE RAMEN
I dont eat them as much now as when I was a kid (prob at least 10 packs per week then).
I like mine to be cooked, strained, and then put the seasoning in for that extra saltiness....mmmmmmm (drool drool)

Plus those nasty cups will take 1000 years to break down in a landfill!
