dude thats a shitty way to get fired, what kind of person does it over the phone? Your boss must have been a real tool.

bright side is you get to cram in a ton of disc golf till you find a new gig.

im taking the first semester of college off as well, so looks like i have a bit of time to relax and be a kid again....

I also am 20 and wouldnt give up (and wont until I graduate) my waiting tables job. Free food, drinks (of the more potent variety) and 10$+ an hour in tips? I make as much in a week waiting tables as I did in two weeks cooking, and all I have to do is give people stuff and watch tv.

I work with the survey research unit at the Center for Urban Studies at Wayne State University in Detroit. I like my job and for the most part it is pretty interesting.

I work 35 hours a week during the summer as a lifegaurd...the perfect job.

haha this is funny. because I was just thinkin to myself...man I wonder what all these internet disc golf people do for a living . see I'm 17 and so I have college next year and just to get my mom mad I told her I was choosing a college by the disc golf courses around it. and so I search (Next weekend I'm htiting up KState, KU, Emporia, and Pitt haha) Im trying to find a job where I can play disc golf all day and then maybe do a little work.

Stay at home dad is my first choice.

Im in school to become an art teacher.

I think its the perfect disc golfer job. If I ever feel like touring for 2.5 months in the summer, I dont have to worry about work

I'm a stay at home dad here in central ks. It's nice work if you can get it.

I've heard good things about the emporia courses. I'll be checking them out at a tourney there next month. Centennial park in Lawrence is pretty fun and of course the k.c courses are great.

I work on a federal grant in a state building here in Topeka Kansas. MOThrows you need to get to T town so we can play a round!!!

Bring the kid, this is how I roll now a days.

Parks and Recreation Department Assistant Director (great job), not all in the office I get out a lot too. This week is research for our new disc golf course hopefully going in next year if everything works out correctly.

I found a job as an electrical engineer for a company that makes farm equipment for crop research. I'm in the group that's in charge of everything electrical and software related for all of the machines (mostly combines and planters).

I spend time in a cubicle, but also get to do debug and testing outside and get to spend some time out in the field either fixing, installing or presenting stuff.

I work in the asphalt shingle industry. Have to do desk work some of the time but no cubicle thank god! It gets me by without hating the thought of going to work every morning. Can't really complain I suppose. Possibly the best feature of where I work is the close proximity to an excellent course.

I work with a social services program About half of my time is in an office the other is out and about. One of my roles is to mentor at-risk youth. One of the things I do on a regular basis with them is play Disc Golf. I get paid to take kids to play DG, I get reimbursed milage to and from the course, and did I say I get paid to play DG
