Peaceful Warrior

Anyone else seen the movie "Peaceful Warrior" that came out recently? It's absolutely fantastic, and I remember a while back talking about mental preparation and this movie visually/audibly describes the technique I try to use. The movie is a great blend of Taoism, Buddhism and western culture.

Yo Weebl the book was fantastic as well, there is also a book my the same author called the Warrior athlete, i haven't read it but I suspect it is pretty good. I would love to play with you again, Ill let you know when I am headed south you do the same for north? How is your surfing maybe we could hit that up someday, gotta get in shape for winter MOSS!
