Try to bend your arm more if you can by pointing the elbow at the target mid pull. If you can get the upper arm pointing at the target and the disc an inch from your chest you're fine.
If you have no injuries and have the mobility try to twist hard to the right with your hips and shoulders. You're losing power by not using those muscles. You do turn but that comes from the legs.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
