looks cool and all but its against PDGA rules to put any thing on your disc that can change the weight. i.e. paint, stickers, etc.

This is true, but is the paint marker on that disc much different than a multi-color dye job? I mean, how much weight can it (or dye, for that matter...) really add? :?:

I believe this only accounts for things of "measurable thickness" like stickers and such.

If you can feel the paint when you run your finger over the disc, then it is of detectable thickness.

In reality, don't sweat it. You're new to DG right, so they'll be easy on you for stuff like that in AM2.

Yes this is true like marker and die don't add a thickness so its fine. Paint however changes the way the air moves over a disc changing its flight charecteristics.

Lock-off...I'm just curious,

What did you use to remove the stamp...acetone?

It looks like there was a little bit left over to be used as a stencil.

they dont care about sharpie, so i dont think anyone would make a big deal about paint markers. it looks sweet, throw it untill someone argues with you about it. even then, im not sure paint markers are illegal. i know actual paint is, but paint markers are more markers than paint in my book...

you can feel it ever so slightly.... i dont know i dont care for the 'old' dx plastic that this disc is.. i nipped a tree and it knicked pretty badly (for what the shot was)

i might just sell this and get another kc pro roc

but meh, i may play it.

anyone want it for cheap?

That went quick......I was about to reply, but someone beat me to it. I thought it wasn't possible to spend any more time on this message board, but I've been proven wrong!!

Hello, my name is Sleepy, and I have a problem... :D

Actually, I spoke too soon about the Roc pictured above. I should have asked lock-off about the details before I declared myself it's new owner. It's a bit too light for my tastes, (168g), so it's still up for grabs.
