Since we are all athletes I do not reccommend eating vegan. We need all the protein we can get. Nobody wants to carry their malnourished friend off of the DG course and to the hospital.

Banana chips own. I also like the dried apricots a lot. It's kind of bogus that it is so expensive to eat the food that is good for you and yet McDonalds can put 20 grams of fat and 400 calories in you for $1. Who eats one double cheeseburger here in America...

look man, im not gonna lecture you, but being vegan has given me MORE energy than ever in my life. i sleep 7 hours a night and jump out of bed (and i smoke a ton of NON-cigarettes) int he morning. all you have to do is make sure you get b12 and protein (which is easy with all the soy products out there) so why dont you try not talking out your ass b/c ive been vegan for 4 years and i wrote a college term paper on it that made my prof. go vegan.

my problem is all the chemicals and antibiotics they're putting in meat. ask anyone thats 50 if back in the day 18 yr old girls had titties. they didnt. and guys didnt have mustaches either. reason being all the growth hormones...

A side note: I really don't have a problem with my facial hair or my 21yr old wife's "development". Bring on the HGH! Seriously though, we have a longer life span now than we ever had before and if I lose few seconds from a hormone enriched steak, in my mind it was well worth it.

Amen. I grew up on a 25 acre farm. I love fresh meat. To this day, my wife and I buy our meat at the local butcher. Who butchers his meat.

If we're really going there....

In the Garden of Eden, meat wasn't cool. God gave Adam and Eve dominion over the animals, but they ate plants (just like all the animals did, because at that time there was no sin and therefore no death). It wasn't until after Noah's flood (when the earth's climate changed dramatically) that God gave his blessing to Noah's family that they could eat the animals.
