Any one know what kind of materials are used to make the discs? What type of plastic?
Thank you

most standard plastic discs are made from an elastomer blend. for innova and discraft this is ~$0.60-$1.00 per pound. gateway's is more like $3.50 per pround.
most mid-grade plastic discs are made from a urethane blend. this is around $1.50-$3.00 per pound. gateway's is like $4.00 per pound.
most premium grade discs are made from... various blends. i know that discraft's Z has a large percentage of vinyl in it. innova's is a different base and i do not know what it is. the plastic is $4-$7 per pound.
