When I'm clicking on a link it opens in the same windows as the forum. Is there a way to open it in a new window/tab without right clicking it, or is this a browser issue?

you can always configure your mouse's middle button to open links in an backround tab.

The only thing I can think of, is that since you are overseas, it has to do with your internet provider and the new secure software on our server.
