Should I try and keep on top of my disc with my upperbody while I throw it? It seems like I get a little less power but a much more consistent hyzer when I try to visualize keeping my chest over my disc during the reach back and drive (is this the fold/unfold method?).
On the other hand if I stand straight up I sometimes get a nice flat throw with great distance and other times I torque and have horribly flippy drives.
