Anyone have one of the star baby roc's they would be willing to trade? Doesnt matter to me if its used or not so long as its not thrashed. I know they are going for about 40$ so I'd be willing to trade a few discs for the one if anyones interested just let me know and we will try to work something out.

I have one and I would be willing to entertain some offers. Mine is 180 g and is neon pink. I throw magnets, rocs, teebirds, predators, and orcs.

hmmm, well im not thrilled about pink, and its been brought to my attention that I can get a brand new one off zonedriven.com for 25$, but If your not wanting an arm and a leg for it we may be able to work something out. Of what you mentioned I only have a kc/ce tee bird 11x, lots of scuff and the paint is moslty gone but seems to be in good throwing shape still. If you throw rocs why do you want to get rid of it? because its pink?

It's scientific; Pink flies farther and straighter than anything else. If possible I try to get anything I can in pink. The looks on people's faces when I outthrow them with a pink midrange is priceless...

I have one of those exactly. Pink is a very masculine color for a disc. I swear it's true!

Last I checked ZoneDriven still has them in at the $25 price.

The pink is not the problem. I agree that hot pink discs fly very nice and they are also the easiest discs to find in all conditions. If i was you, I would go ahead and get one from zone driven. I basically keep the disc because it looks good on the wall. By the way I do not throw it because i have found that it flies almost nothing like the dx or kc pro rocs. Both the champion and star editions come out of the molds much domier than their less expensive counterparts and I just don't like the way they fly at all.

thats a little discourageing. anyone else have opinon on how they fly? I really like the star plastic, and Im kinda looking for a roc that will stay more overstable. I got an 11x kc for that reason and then find that its even more understable than the dx. and the baby stars just look so cool! I wish they would put that stamp on a run of dx's. I also like the vibrant color of the star, they are all alot easier to find.

Sorry to reply again, but yes, they tend to fly more overstable than the dx or kc pro. I find these (dx,kc pro) to be more of stable discs. To give you an idea, the star and champ rocs fly alot like elite z wasps, pretty overstable.

A lot less glide for CE or star. A lot more low speed fade too. I really feel like you'd be happier with an esp wasp, they feel a lot flatter on the plate than the fund raiser rocs. I have a 175 CE eye, i've only thrown in a few times. It quickly found its way out of my bag. It takes a lot of throws to really evenly break in the premium plastic too, dont forget about that...

aint that the truth! I'm currently trying to beat a new star leopard into submission. Its not bad though, I can turn it over a bit witha flat throw (which I couldnt do with a ce that I beat on for 2 months) but it still comes back every time which makes it one of the longer discs In my bag at the moment. I will probly get the star roc anyway and give it a try, I can always hang it on the wall if I dont think its gonna work out :D That stamp would be cool on a shirt too.
