So I'm getting a lot more time with this Pro PD, and I can't get over how awesome this thing is to throw. It's the perfect combination of speed and reliability. Right now, I'm pretty much throwing it as much as I possibly can on every possible line. One of the nicest things about this disc is how much easier it is to torque over on a controlled L/R line. The only shot it isn't good for is a low power turnover shot because it will fade back out, so I've got the Sabre in the bag for that, which will probably get booted for a while once the ESP Cyclone comes out. I can really see my arsenal of workhorse drivers being a combination of S PDs and P PDs in both the 169 and 175 range, and a range of Cyclones to cover control shots.

How are those Pro PD's workin out? Do they season up to a DD type flight?

The Pro PD is a thing of beauty. I can really throw it on a lot of angles and get it to hold them. Seasoned, the disc flips a little (more of a track to the right) then fades a small amount. The majority of the flight is straight. It's the closest thing to a faster Teebird that I've found.

Where's the beef? No Pred ... No Blaze?

Spirit is at home. The Blaze is in and out of the bag; it's normally in on windy days, but I haven't been playing a lot, so I haven't used it as much. I'm trying to get the hang of the S PD by throwing it everywhere I'd throw a Spirit. It doesn't really fade out as hard as a Spirit when the winds get above 25, but it does stays pretty straight without buckling.

If you throw the S PD on a hyzer, it's going to hold it.

Nice, I thought that's what you'd say. Good to get to know a mold real well. BTW, anyone know what top is on the PD? If the OLF is a chicken bottom with wraith top, what's the PD? Chicken bottom w/ ???

Its a new top from what I can tell. It looks like a spirit top. The DD and PD share the same top.

I just got the TPs, and Blake is right, they don't fly like the ESP. The ESP has a lot earlier fade. However, the ESP Cyclone fades while still going forward, where the TP Cyclone just keeps going straight. Both are going to fit very nicely into my bag. People ask me all the time what disc I threw when I throw a Cyclone.

I'm pretty sure the Pro Boss is going into the bag once it gets released. Maybe a Star Boss too for headwind D. And a flat Firebird for trick shots. I just need by Simian to carry all this stuff.

I didn't throw the Spirit much. I did get to use the 168 Roc twice, once on a tight standstill shot over OB (didn't make it though), and again on a low standstill shot where I didn't feel comfortable powering a putter.

As for shooting, well, my putting looked pretty bad all weekend, but I rattled off a 54 at Cliff Drive by playing smart, which was 1 stroke off the hot round. It was the 1st time I've played 4 rounds in a weekend since sometime in July or early August, and really enjoyed myself.
