Wish I woulda had video. It was hilarious! He putted and slowly leaned forward as to slow motion fall, and when his disc hit the chastity belt he fell all the way and laid there for a minute asking about the foot fault.

I don't consider myself a rules nazi--though Barsby's putt could legitimately be called as a foot fault, I think it'd be petty to call him on it (a bit like getting pulled over for doing 56 in a 55). If I were a rules nazi though, the argument could be made that somebody purposely foot faulting to try to get a mulligan would be "willfully attempting to circumvent the rules of play" and be Dairy Queened.
