Only one penalty can be assessed when there are multiple possible. The priority order is:
Missing the mando
OB
2 meter (if in effect)
Lost

So there I was, I missed the mando, hit a tree bounced high into another tree that was out of bounds. IN ADDITION the disc was higher than 2 meters up and I couldn't find it. Reteeing for 6...

What about if the disc hits a mando on a cold morning, and splits into identical halves- one half misses the mando, the other half aces?

If that piece is the bigger of the bunch it counts.

Edit: This was a serious response too. In the case of a shattered disc, the largest piece is where you mark the disc from. If that ace piece is the biggest congrats,

Now does it have to be a majority of the disc or just the biggest piece? Like if it breaks into five pieces and the biggest piece is like a quarter of the disc.

In that case, you tape it together and you have to re-throw. With the same disc.

You take both pieces back to the TD for a weigh-in. Heaviest piece counts. In the mean time, the player plays provisional throws from the drop zone to determine what the score would be from the missed mando piece. If the TD can't make a determination which piece is bigger, then beneft of the doubt to the player and he gets an ace.
