it's not a bad idea, but it would be too hard for people to decide which to post in, i'd say advanced and beginner sections might be more suitable

Having more multiple threads will...
~ Spread the information out more, making it a pain to search.
~ People might not get the help since people have to filter through multiple threads aka people that are 'pro' might just sit in the 'pro' thread and not help the lowbies.
~ More work for the moderators to monitor.
~ Etc...
If you did split it, like mickas said, just having two levels and have more 'sticky' threads that act as 'libraries'. They will contain links that people can refer to when looking for things or referencing. (It kinda is already being done, but could be organized more and have more sections)
