Dave's Drives (new killer vids 2/2)

I was actually going to start and do that soon. I'm going to do some right pec drill to get my grip stronger to get more rip. I figured why not do the whole thing and work from the hit back. I've never been comfortable not doing a run up/slow short x step for anything outside of 150 or so.

Thanks for the videos. I hope that you haven't hit your throat or jaw turning the disc almost vertical when the disc passes your chest. I watched the leg placement only on the first video at this first pass and it as a mild anny but your arm didn't appear to be annying. I ould really find onlytw things that may improve d for you if we don't go into your difficult arm movements. That you're good at obviously judging by your scores. You seem to have flexible hips because you can get our shoulders to face away from the target. If you planted toes pointed away from the target and the hips too your shoulders would be almost 200 degrees from the target. That should generate more power. I would delay the elbow chop until the elbow moves 4" or a couple more inches forward. If you try these please let us know what happened. Man you have a lot more muscle mass than I do and the last vid acceleration was great.

On these throws and for the last few weeks, I've been trying to delay everything and have seen some good results, but I have also had some issues with wrist roll over. These may be totally unrelated because I'm trying to push my D.

Hmmm I've been looking into atmospheric variables that would affect the flight of a disc and with the distances you say you are reliably reaching it made me wonder if discs see more glide where you are. Mainly because I like to think I have good form and 400' for me is a pretty long/ideal shot on level ground.
