uh, part of the idea of psychic flame-throwing is that the originating area is not burned. the user's energy field directs the flame, not their skin.
so the tits are HOTT, but not burnt.

... goin off the idea of old psychedelic concert posters... a lil bit of optical goodies and a naked woman for no apparent reason.
also i am pretty much a trueblood fiend so that may or may not or definitely influenced the gynotaur lady. it actually fits the theme of this year's art.
