actually....i saw some of these last week at "Babies R Us" they marketed them as a way for moms to put all their bags on one hook/area

I take the dog for a walk while im out golfing. He likes to run off so I hooked up a carabiner to the end of his leash and loop it around a tree. The small carabiner sometimes gets caught when im clipping it on or off. Im pretty sure a larger one would make things easier.

FYI- It is possible for a dog to accidentally unclip themself from one of those if they wrap the leash around it just right. I had a dog that used to do it every once in a while so I had to start using locking carabiners. Didn't happen often though, and they sure are convenient.

I use locking carabiners with my dog, and hook him to this dog tie out stake:

Mine is green, and isn't as big as that one, I believe that one is 24"

I used your carabiner on a tree method for a round or two, but found I wasn't always next to a tree I could clip to. After a round or two of staking him for every shot, he got the idea that he's supposed to stay next to my bag. Now I only take the stake if I know there's a large group going to be at the course.

I can't even count the amount of times I have been driving off then some random stupid dog jumps right up onto the pad causing me to launch my disc nose up.

If you promise to to climb with it I've got one (it's had 3 seasons worth, so it's retired.) Probably more like 4 or 5 inches long, nice locking barrel. I'd trade it for a disc or somethin.
