anyone seen this? just wondering if its any good and if i should buy it.

It is the best worlds video to date. It has decent video footage and you can see a good amount of the throwers full throws so you can study for form.

There could have been much more footage I thought but it is a pretty good buy. I dont think it is worth the price tag though. If you have not gotten the Marshal Street DVD's I would spend the money on those first

this is by far the best worlds video available on dvd. i'm still at a tossup between it and the 2000 worlds video in terms of instructional value.

i will say it is easily 3x better than the 2004 video.
