First off, do you want to change your form? Or are you wanting to tweak it, or… just get comments from people. Second, what kind of tips are you wanting? More distance? Steps? Arm location? Wrist snap?
Not that I am really one to talk about throwing technique, but the thing that I noticed that may help you get a little more distance on your big drives would be to try and get a longer reach back. From what I’ve seen in the videos I’ve watched of the big arm players, the longer reach back has been a fairly common factor. This may cause some errant shots, but does seem to add in distance. This is all done with a little more front shoulder turn than normal.
