It's a kinda long story, but here ya go. In the summer of 2004 I was playing guitar in a Death Metal band & we managed to get on a tour through Europe. At one of the shows (a festival in the Czech Republic) there was tons of garbage laying all over the place afterwards & I started kicking it around in a thrashing manner to which someone said I was "thrashing the trash" & for some reason it stuck. It's the name I use on most forums & online video games.

Depends on how little your time is worth. I would read the entire GB and L64 threads first.
