Perhaps if I hadn't bought a pair of XT Wings the day before I would have bought these...Oh well, my size is sold out anyway.

I also wear 13s - when they have them, the quantity is always limited, and they always sell out the first time the shoe is posted on the the site.
I hesitated on a pair of Goretex TNF shoes last week and missed out.

ETA: REIOutlet.com is running an additinal 20% off until 3/11 sale right now - they have some decent shoes listed - several in large sizes, and a couple goretex, and some real cheap HiTec ones as well.
