My Foot is burning

Postby rusch_bag » Tue Mar 09, 2010 6:32 pm

I have been playing in shoes for the first time this year and it is still very wet out and my feet keep getting soaked. Is there a good chance some bacteria is doing its thing to my feet from the water or what do you think is going on? They are not red or anything, just a burning feeling. Also, do you think an athletes foot creme would fix this?

Sounds like athletes foot to me. I've only had it once and it was a long time ago but I used Tinactin in a spray can and it worked well.

Yea sounds like athletes foot. A cream/spray should take care of it. For those of us with super sweaty feet this is a common problem. Get the knock off brand from a cvs/walgreens/costco follow the directions on the package and it should take care of itself after a week or so. Currently I am using cream in prevention of atheletes foot (I am using it a couple times a week to prevent). If you really want to enjoy your condition scratch the crap out of your foot and watch it spread.

The good thing is you didn't get it where it really sucks. Jock itch cream / Atheletes foot = same crap different name.

Make sure to change your socks a couple times a day. This will help make it go away faster.

Maybe you should just go back to playing barefoot?

Mark Ellis = Win

does it burn between your toes? if so drink a lot of water and pee on your feet in the shower. It's cheaper than a cream. but if you don't like the idea of peeing on your feet in the shower then get a cream.

I am sure you were just being funny, but I was wearing my boots. I just kind of manned it out and it is better but thanks all for your input.
