Looking for hotstamp artist

Postby victorb » Tue Mar 23, 2010 8:57 am

I've been charged with the task of coming up with a custom stamp for the 26th annual mid america open...problem is that I don't have any photoshop or previous stamp making skillz.

I have an idea that I think would be pretty cool, but don't know how to put it into digital form, or make sure that it would be fitting for Innova or DC to put on a disc. An eagle roosted on top of a basket, planted in the location of Columbia on a map of Missouri, OR an Eagle in the act of landing on top of a basket, maybe with a disc in it's claws? Recurring themes of the MAO have been an Eagle (which appears on the city seal of Columbia), a DG Basket, and a map of Missouri.

If anyone is interested in working on this project, please PM me and we can work something out. Big plus if you're local! The MAO is July 10-11 this year, and I'm trying to get this done as quickly as possible to avoid any deadline issues.

Thanks
Brandon

Zach told me no for the PDs too (even though Marmoset's stamp is badass in it's own right).

I told him if I do dx Rocs sometime I'll have him stamp those.

It's mighty tempting but I would not be able to give it the attention it deserves, so I suggested this method of finding a good match.

I have 20th Annual Capital of Texas Open on my screen... my focus is focused 8)

I've made myself available to whomever gets this gig for technical assistance.

I also highly recommend Marmoset. For references, view the DGR PD stamp.
