When I was living in Sacramento (only 6 months ago) and playing at Shady Oaks - Orangevale, I saw people there with dogs. As long as you have them leashed or if they are in complete voice control you can have them off leash.

Yeah, we take our dog to both those courses all the time. Great dog country out here.
