I just picked some up to dip my hands into dying. If it sucks, at least I'm only out $10

I use that brand. Not sure if mine is 651 but it may be. If it is...it works great.

Looks like they threw in a bunch of brand names all over the place on that one.

24" PLOTTER SIGN VINYL~CRICUT~14 COLOR CHOICES

Cricut is that little cookie cutter plotter.

Manufacturer Part Number: Oracal Gerber 3M

Oracal, Gerber, and 3m are all different companies.

ORACAL 651 GLOSSY VINYL

I have a feeling that this is what it ACTUALLY is.
651 is their good quality stuff. I used 631 for dyes because it's less tacky, it's their economy vinyl. 651 is what I use for the decals that I sell. Good outdoor UV life, good quality for nearly everything.

24” Wide X 12” Long

The price isn't bad. You can order 15" X 10 yards of that stuff for $15 tho. You can do the math on it to see if it's cheaper to just buy the whole roll instead of their per foot charge.

I distrust that vinyl.

Everything Acid said, and I suspect it leaves a gooey mess on the disc. Why bother with a 10 dollar gamble when you could just get some authentic vinyl for a little more.

Anything marketed for the Cricut is apt to be crapt.

Not even that much more.
If you want it for dyes, I'd want 631. 651 is good, but it's a higher quality. Meaning it'll stick better. Better isn't always better because more stick might equal more sticky stuff to clean off. And if you tend to dye a little hot, you might get more of the residue.

Their white is only $14.10 per 10 yards. It's where I get nearly all of the vinyl i use. Dyes and decals.
ChUcK's got that old yellow roll of Oracal that he used forever. I just don't trust that whole Cricut being in the description somewhere.
And then they threw 3M in the mix too. That's just kinda shady. I actually wanted some clear 3m from signwarehouse.com, but they aren't carrying it yet. I wanted it because it's super thick and I wanted to make a custom front end kit for my car for chips and dings...Because 3M makes some REALLLY thick vinyl that's made just for that.

All in all, you'll probably be fine with what you ordered. But I'd try to get 631 Economy Oracal. It's what I've been using for 100% of my dyes when I got away from contact paper 2 years ago.
