Star Roadrunner...Where to get custom dyed?

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong spot, if it is please move it.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Captain America shield dye for a 170-175 Star Roadrunner.

It's as if no tye-dyed Star RR exist from the few sites I checked, all Champion plastic only, which will not suffice.

If any of you know where I can buy one or have one custom dyed, let me know please.
