The X Wasp is just a bad arse mid. For some reason its actually longer than my Buzzzes and straighter. However, I do ave a couple that are a lot more stable than te one in my bag and are shorter but overall I really really njoy the X Wasp. Plus the Elite X plastic these Wasps were run in is very nyce. Its super grippy and suprisingly very durable.

Well I have decided I am going to do a little experiment that I have done before but I want to give it another try. I am going to take out all my wide rim drivers and see what I can do. For some reason lately I have not been able to throw my wide rim drivers very consistent, also my Orcs have been flying just as far as my Boss, Destroyer and all other wide rim drivers I have. Im not sure why but Im thinking its just because I can snap the hell out of the Orc and PD. So below is the bag that I will be rocking this weekend in Lewisville, Tx for the Dynamic Disc Mothers Day Madness Tour.

Well the experiment is over, even though I found that I do not really need the wide rimmed drivers I like to have one in my bag for those wide open holes where I want to air out a huge hyzer. The wide rimmed driver makes that shot much easier, plus I plan on playing Old Settlers a lot more here in the near future. Those of you who do not know Old Settlers is a WIDE OPEN course with two holes over 1000 ft. and I believe the average hole length is over 600ft. so wide rimmed drivers do help a lot at that course. Also I have really been throwing my PD as much as possible at the field and the course and I am just now finally maximizing their potential. I have always loved the PD since they came out, I bought three of them the week they first came out and have like the mold ever since but as you all know I am an undecisive mo fo when it come to whats in my bag so I have constently swapped them in and out of my bag. However, now I can say the PD is a true staple and I cant wait to learn even more about the mold. Anyway that turned out to be a much longer rant than I thought but here is my rig.

Some very Minor changes. I have actually replaced my FB with my CPD. The CPD is just so damn awesome in a headwind I can actually trust it in 30mph headwind with no problem. The one area I have been very indecisive about lately is the "Big Distance" Wide rimmed drivers, I believe I am going to actually settle on the boss for awhile cause I have really been digging the starlite bosses. It sucks though cause I still really like Destroyers, especially the Stabilized Destroyers I also really really like my DOMEY Echo Star Katana but I am way more consistent with my Starlite Bosses and even moreso with my Orcs/PDs. I also am testing out the Fuse to see if it will replace my Makos or not.

Also its funny because my game has gone in a full circle. I used to throw orcs all the time then I went on a wide rimmed driver binge and my game has suffered from it somewhat. Now that I am back with the Orc I am actually throwing it farther than ever and way more acurately. I am easily getting my Orcs out over 400 with the occasional 450+ throw. I just cant part with the wide rimmed drivers cause they make the big hyzer shot so damn easy.

no sir i have not unfortunately. I only have the S. I would love to get me some C-TD but Im a lil low on the cash flow.

Experiment over, I put one Orc back in. I enjoy the Orc to much to not have one in my bag. Also I have added the ION. I at first tried the soft when they first come out and to be honest I just did NOT like how flexible they were and I did not enjoy they way they felt or flew for me. However I tried the Medium Ion this weekend and I do not know what all changed for me but I really really like the ION. Of course the firmness helped a lot for me, however they feel much better in my hand and I just enjoy throwing them now. I have long had a distaste for premium plastic putters but the ION has definitely changed my opinion of this at least when it comes to said disc (I still like no other premium plastic putter), I think the outer rubber molding has a big part to do with this. I have also been extremely impressed with these mediums as a driver putter, the glide is amazing and the speed is nice too. I actually would rather drive with these than either my Warlock or Wizard which says a lot as I have been driving with those for a few years now. The one thing I am still working on with the Ion is the putting but I have liked what I have experienced so far, its really more my form than anything that needs some work. Anyway after that long story I just want to say the ION is one bad ass putter and is definitely one of the best newly released molds there has been in a while. Well done MVP!!!

Oh I have also converted back to the Comet (Why oh Why did I ever leave you). I have had a long fling with the mako as well as a couple stints with the Aurora MS and Fuse but man the Comet is just buttah and it compliments my Buzzz/X Wasp beautifully.

I was just wondering what type of shots make you reach for the Comet over the Fuse. Both discs are similiar so I find it interesting to see both in one bag.
