Lightning Pheonix attempt

Local vendor asked me to try to dye something on Lightning plastic to see how it would take.
Ultimately, I'm not happy with it. I dyed the black on Sunday. Just got around to doing the red/orange blend today (Wednesday). The black was already losing it's crispness. So Lightning is a no go for dyes from me. I like the image. Wish I coulda got more clarity with the beak and chest, but all in all it was just an attempt to see how it would take the dye.

Maybe in the future I'll try to clean the image up to make less shadows so it can be a little cleaner.

Lol. I don't cut anything by hand anymore. My neck can't take it, and I don't have the time to do any of this by hand lately.
The red/orange was done by hand tho. Brushed it on for the fade between colors. I'll prolly do something like that to my own discs when I get the time.
That fiery color looks wicked
