-your pull is too high. on the 2nd throw it was up near the top of the shoulders. this will make it tough to get nose down. usually below the pecs is what i recommend.
-your hips and upper body are moving simultaneously rather than a 1-2 kind of timing. the two need to happen sequentially. a trick you might try is to set your right foot down with the toes pointing somewhat away from the target. e.g. your current set down is around 45 degrees away, try more like 100-110 degrees away. this will force your hip to rotate first.
-it looks like you are almost letting go of the disc.
-your elbow isn't getting far enough forward.
you aren't really throwing with snap. your shoulders are moving at a constant speed without any time to actually fling the disc with a lot of force. the best comparison is it's like you are shooting a wrist shot in hockey without ever having the blade of the stick stop moving forwards.
