Not to be a downer on this tourney because it is usually top nothc, but the whole course thing is pretty weak sauce.

Timmy should swallow his pride and just host it at the same courses as last year. Then next year use the new complex.
If the object of disc golf were to hit trees, I'd be 1100 rated.

I hear ya, TG has been working his ass off for the last 6 months getting Castle Rock ready. I believe its mostly good to go. From what I understand the main hang-up is with obtaining permits from the city.

Either way its going to be sick. BRP, Kaposia & Hyland are top notch "back ups" if Castle Rock isnt going to happen.

It does make it difficult to make a hotel reservation though.

BRP, Kaposia and Hyland are three sweet ass courses too. That is a whole lot of walking :D

If you need to get a hotel reservation before the course announcements Id suggest somewhere in East Bloomington, it would put ya half way between Hyland and Kaposia (BRP is still a small hike from there) and if it ends up being at Castle Rock your real close to I35 which is what brings you down to that area.

Timmy's bid for a temporary permit was denied last night. It looks like two rounds at Blue Ribbon and one at Hyland for the pros and then BRP, Hyland, Kaposia for the Ams.
