It contains only some of the throws. The first guy threw 201 meters at Big D 8 taking second place. I was surprised about his slow steps.
The second thrower asked for comments on his form at Finnish frisbee association forums. This vid is relevant here thanks to our very own tumpsi starting at 2:03. So any comments are appreciated. Tumpsi took fourth place.
The second thrower in this video needs to run faster and reach back farther. Throwing lower helps to keep the front of the disc lower than the rear keeping the speed and glide better giving a longer flight.
Tumpsi could reach back a lot farther and plant foot pointed at 180 degrees away from the target for added power generation. The flat footed planting looks painful. And dangerous in the long term. Short term too if the ground ain't slippery.
