Disc golf critique. What is going wrong?

hey im just posting these videos in the hope of getting some critique, i can throw a buzz 275 at a standstill but can only throw drivers 340. what is going wrong and what can i improve?

Erm throw from flat ground You could get your elbow farther forward before chopping open. If you need to throw overstable discs anny for s-curves for D in calm weather you might benefit from less stable discs. This video was obviously shot in the wind but even then knowledge of the disc can be used to get it farther than harder fading discs. Provided speed and glide are at least equal. You can pull a little closer to the body too.
