Help with Text

How can you make text fit this shape? (Flat on top, curved on the bottom) I'm using Inkscape or Photoshop Elements. If its indepth, just point me in the direction of a tutorial. Thanks

the term you wanna google is "photoshop warp text"

on Gimp i just use the paths tool and go "text to path"......dunno bout them there programs though
