The guy in the cap has a good traditional passive usage of the left arm being close to the body in the first throw. That helps in turning around faster than the others. You all miss the pause as Keltik said in other words. None of you get the elbow far enough in front of the side before starting to chop the elbow. The sidearm started the arm swing too fast. Slow in fast out.
Have you guys tried jump putts wide a wide stance between the legs knees bent pointing out to from sides like Nikko and Kenny with the arm low down or even behind the rear heel? More power generation and a more powerful lifting action lobbing the disc higher which is nice for uphills.
There were a couple of angle misses where you guys planted too much to the wrong side producing too much hyzer or an anny where a straight then fade flight was the best option. Instead of flying far right... OTOH two later guys on the downhill course also threw right from hip tilting to the right and for the last guy arm pull coming from rear left to front right because of overdoing the hip explosion compared to the usual timing.
It's difficult to learn different arm pull speeds for different leg/hip speeds. Because I like your short range approach technique I think all of you guys will learn less than full power leg/hip/arm timing fast unless you already have it down. For full speed how about throwing discs back and forth at increasing distances up to full speed with rotating the third guy watching for form flaws and timing? That should help fast because you'll get quick feedback and lots of reps.
There are weight back issues so heart as close to the target as the right knee with the left knee straight and the right bent at the rip. Or the left leg to the right of the right leg early enough and far enough to help weight shift.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
