I had my knee blown out in high school football. Im a pro at this point with my bad knee. You need to get the joint fluid flowing. Before doing anything asthletic, I bend (1/4 squat) at the knees, feet together and rotate my kees doing little circle motions for a few.. I swear by this. My doctor said Id need a new knee by the age I am now. This keeps me in the game without challenge.
