Rehder in the video.

well only the last upshot, I actually had a very decent drive on the long waterhole. But alas it didnt make it on. Mejlholm has several drives featured though

Sorry forgot to mention him although I spotted him. He seems to have a much more violent arm motion than last year or what little I saw of him in Sweden this year.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

Heh, yeah nice to have that drive into the water on youtube. This is from the final, where we were joking about having to go for it (first throw going for it, playing it safe the other rounds). Rehder found a relatively dry spot on the right side of the tee (the rest was just plain mud), so I figured why not go for it. Lets just say: Now I know exactly where my favorite driver is located. What you can't see very well on the video, is that I threw too high and hit a small branch close to the tee and that this throw was not really close to the huge anhyzer I was trying to throw.

Martin Bernhard Olsen told me that the Danish rookie of the year (congratulations) Mejlholm has increased his driving D nicely from last year so hitting a tree explains why he didn't get over the pond.

Here's Scandinavian Open 2010 Finals part5:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjqB3jRltn0

About Nikko's ace: There was no chance to get an interview, or few words. But after that hole 9 there's was 10 minutes break by the tent for food, drink, etc. Nikko wanted to see my clip twice and he said it saved his tournament and the whole year. Well, he was very emotional at the moment. I promised to upload ace clip right after final round. So JR made alone an interview with David. And audio will be crappy. But that will be on part6.

For Arne: sorry i didn't have time to say properly hello there. It was great to see how much players wanted to concentrate for their game play. So i tried to stay more on the background.

For next year 2011: if we have European Open in Tampere, i'll promise (if my left hand is ok) to hang on the course as much as possible with camera. I will have probably better camera then and hopefully we'll get steady- and live cam feed too.

The wind was terrible during the filming of the interview. We had no time whatsoever to find a place where there were no other people talking at the same time and had a good enough looking background. The interview happened right after Dave walked from the 18th hole en route to the scoring station in wait of the immediately beginning award ceremony. After which Dave had to leave for the airport. There was literally not a second to lose on finding a spot that was shielded from the wind. Sorry reality is such. You can't always get what you want. I couldn't read his lips well enough to fill in the blanks of inaudible (with my equipment) unedited audio to be able to put text to everything Dave said. Meh.

I'm falling behind schedule I need to upload a few high speed vids to file sharing sites for the throwers to see. There are limits to how many vids per month I can upload but I'll PM you when I'm done. Too bad we didn't get to film Simon much at all. I'm sure we have him driving on hole one but that may be it :-( Simon is in the end of SO part 6 in the four thrower comparison clip. As is KJ and he's throwing in an earlier part of the SO vids. I gave Jesper Gormsen high speed videos of KJ, Håvard Fröysa the Norwegian young cannon and others practicing the day before the event. I don't know why KJ hasn't uploaded them to his site like he said he would. Maybe he likes to use only HD material or hasn't received them from Jesper. Maybe you can ask them.

Here's a clip which includes Nate Sexton's final round ace at the 2010 USDGC:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-3dEmQA75E

There are a few shots of the lead group as well as the rest of Nate's group putting up a tasty (super) star frame. Double G's forehand birdie around the bamboo wall is pretty sweet.
