Skipped the last 2 pages, but sort of like Franks question, Ray, what about players who have an abnormal driving grip and depress the dome with their thumb, not bending before the throw, just that their thumb is more centered on the disc putting the pressure on the flight plate as opposed to the rim, which is the accepted best place to have your thumb for a BH throw off the tee usually. Obviously this could affect the discs flight in the future, could this be considered tuning, or would you consider it wear and tear since the player throws that way naturally?

I agree tho, this rule needs to be about 4 pages long and very specific as to what you can and cannot do to your own discs that you compete with.
