Try to not reach back so early. you dont want to hit a full reach back until when your lead foot is planting. still no hips.

here is a video that gets overlooked a lot on these forums, done by Dan himself. should explain the hips. this video is what I am working on right now.

I just checked Google Earth, my furthest few were grouped between 380' and 400'.

I'm not unhappy, but I am always looking for ways to improve, (I'm sort of a perfectionist, and knowing I could be doing better bugs me...)

Your balance is all over the place from reachback to finish. You reachback way too early and are leaning back instead of turning back. You are pushing off the rear heel and not getting your weight forward, try not to let the rear heel touch the ground so you can engage your hips and core power from the instep of the rear foot. Watch the difference in body positions in Ricky and how centered and stacked his balance is from reachback through the finish and how late he reaches/turns/pivots back just before the plant.

What he said and your reach back is at eye height then the arm drops to below pecs and on some throws the arm rises from there and on others not. Nose up releases so pushing the wrist down could help. Also your follow through with the arm is short and more of it adds power. Engaging hips and shoulders and quickly turning the thumb down by rotating the arm counter clockwise right after the rip will extend the arm swing in the follow through. Weird as it sounds extending the follow through adds power and distance to the throw.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
