What is the longest hole in DG?

We laid out a temp course on a ball golf course today and the signature hole 13 is 1500'. It's a solid par 5 as its possible to get there in 3. Is this the longest hole in DG history?

I know Aspen Mountain (CO) has a 1500'er. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

Ah, it's possible to get there, not in. you can be in the circle in 3 shots it will take 3 amazing shots but it's possible. The hole is slightly downhill so if you can throw 3 amazing distance drives you can get there.

Ahhh yeah, I forgot about Flyboy. At least were not playing down a runway.

We have a 1288' hole at Pinto Lake (where the final round of Worlds 2011 will take place), par 5. It goes over 2 gently rolling hills, but doesn't have any particularly long slope to it. Its a fun challenge to have at least one long long hole to play, I think, because I always screw up one of my throws by trying to kill it, rather than just getting a nice neat snap and put it down the middle of the fairway (this is key for par or birdie). My wife carded a 6 on this hole, everybody was there to see it.

I see people saying Gold 8(?) at Highbridge is 1325... Was it shortened? I remember it being 1625.

I have been thinking about playing from my front door to the practice basket at edora. It would be about 10,000 feet, but there is a path and bike path that I can follow the whole way there. I am thinking it will take around 32 strokes. I will call it a par 30 to keep things round. (your average drive would have to be about 330' to get a par)
